Order not fulfilled - no updates.

Placed an order with an estimated delivery date of 19 December 2023. Only received an email confirming the order has been received.

To date, I received not a single update on the order status.

Upon multiple enquiries (most unanswered), I was told there have been “slight” shipping delays from the supplier (this was beginning of January 2024).

I have again sent emails, asking for updates with no response to date.

Phone calls keeps you on hold for 40minutes plus - again without being answered.

Would 100% not recommend!
