Order not delivered
Order #9396 Ordered on 15th May and still waiting for ANY response. Initially I had to send multiple emails with no result, I tried calling to no avail to enquire about the order status, only receiving automated email responses. At this point I followed up with the courier (Buffalo Logistics) who informed me that the order has been delilvered and received by client (ME?).. Follow up communication to Buffalo Logistics rendered nothing. The only communication from (Un) ReliableStore is automated emails with a ticket number which means absolutely nothing. Very, very poor customer service. These people think we are all ******s

15 Jul 2020, 09:32Hi Rose, your order was dispatched and according to our records it was delivered. Buffalo did say that your address is problematic and no one can locate it. I will contact them today to see if parcel was delivered using Pargo. Kind Regards
