Order not arriving in three months.

My order had since been made on the 23rd February 2024. I have since been waiting for the delivery and an update on how far is. I get one excuse after the other up till now, the 9th May 2024. When making a telephone call to that company, just when the waiting is almost over, the waiting time and number of waiting list gets extended. I doubt if I will consider ever doing business with them again. So 'unreliable.' I had paid for my order in full. I feel like I'm being ****med.
