Order #9313 fulfilled?? But I received nothing!!

To whom it may concern

I have had the worst experience with Reliable Store. I purchased a product (Order #9313) on the 13th of May 2020. Everything looked good, got an email on the same day stating my order has been confirmed. On the 20th of May it stated that the order has been shipped. Then on the 28th of May it stated that the order has been fulfilled, but I did not receive anything. I have been trying to contact Reliable Store via telephone, Email and their website to get some feedback on what is going on. I keep on getting an automatic reply. I am so disgusted I used this website. The communication from their side is none existent.

Please make contact with me so we can resolve this issue by providing me with my purchased item or just a refund.

Hi Hendrik, fulfilled does not mean you received the order, it means we have uploaded tracking. We received your order from the airport and are currently dispatching. Kind Regards

That is all I asked for the past 7 days. Some feedback. So please work on your communication s****s with your customers, it is very bad and will prevent future misunderstandings.
