*********** or is it a ****?

This company seems either totally *********** or the operate a ****. I bought something from them on 22 October this year. I heard nothing so 2 weeks later I phoned and was told that their delivery was within 15 working days. I waited 15 working days and didn't have any delivery but eventually got an email to say that my order was being shipped and was at customs in SA. The provided a tracking link which said the item was still in China and has reflected the same ever since. Talking to them on the phone just now they said that i could expect it by mid December. The tracking still shows it is in China. Something does not add up here! I am left wondering if I will ever get the goods.
