Online Shopping from the 90s

The world of online shopping has progressed immensely in the last few years. Reliable Store has not moved the times. Despite advertising delivery as in 5 - 10 days when I finally got through to their call center I was told actually it's 14 - 20 days. Had I known that, I would have never made the purchase.

As consumers we are used to receiving our orders with 5 days and if this store cannot match those expectations they are going to be run into the ground by the competition.

The most frustrating part of the experience, besides the clear lie, was that it was almost impossible to get in contact with them. Email's were not responded to, the call center line is inundated and the automated estimation of wait time was out by nearly an hour. Facebook Chat goes unanswered, despite offering it as a route to support.

I have been left exasperated.
