The name of the store should be (Un)Reliable Store.

I ordered a magnifying light table from them which took "AGES" to come. When it was finally delivered, it came missing the battery compartment and the LED system. I was going to Japan and wanted to review previous slides taken when I was last there in order to avoid duplication.

Needless to say the product arrived too late for rectification. I was required to prove delivery by waybill number (seems signatures by recipients are not enough) and send photos of the product (compare service from Takealot).

Again I waited ages for pickup of faulty product and, after nasty emails, was told, with apologies, that Ronald had left the company and Thabo was now handling the matter. Once again a long wait and another nasty email.

Today, I received an email from Priscilla, with apologies, saying that she now was handling the matter. I had by now asked for a refund.

By the way, my wife also had endless problems with a previous order of hers and advised me strongly not to deal with this company. Better to have listened to my better half!

I strongly advise prospective customers not to deal with this company unless you want a free merry-go-round ride.
