**** of a company. STAY AWAY!!! Take your money and then do not provide follow up.

Pity I cannot submit without any stars. This company is utterly useless. I had ordered 4 speaker stands in July. They first told me it would take 3 weeks to get here. After numerous emails and calls with one agent telling me a different story than the previous, I was utterly frustrated. I probably at that time sent about 10 emails. Mostly without even a response or when I call and I am promised to be called back, no call back. This company has absolutely no value for their customers needs. They just don't care. Eventually 4 months after I had ordered my items it arrived. I was so happy just to be done with them. Then I opened the package and only 1 of the 4 items arrived. I was beyond furious. I called them and yelled at them out of frustration probably another 5 times and sent emails that were unanswered again to my utter frustration. They asked me to send pics of the item as if they now sis not believe me. So I did. Eventually I just said refund me. Then they wanted a confirmation letter from my back. I had never heard of this. They then told me that it would take up to 10 days for refund. Then I got an email stating my incomplete order has been approved for replacement. I rep**** back and asked when it will be. No response again. I then called again and asked the same question. Then an email response came telling my order is marked as being completed and delivered. I called again and yelled at another phone operator because it seems as if this is the only way to get anything done. That is what I thought. He then AGAIN told me they will take it up with his product manager that had been contacted before months ago and never got feedback. It is now 4 weeks later and no response from that product manager again if there really is one. Then the supervisor or manager called me promising me she will give feedback. It is now a week later an no feedback. I have given up. I have submitted my bank confirmation letter. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT use this useless **** of a company. They are anything but reliable. Completely unprofessional, do not know what they are doing, ****mers only wanting to take your money and provide no follow up, do not want to help, and they should be blacklisted as a ****. I wish there were other platforms where I could report them. This has been the worst on-line experience of my life. So sorry I even contacted them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
