NOTHING RELIABLE ABOUT THIS STORE!!!

RELIABLE IS NOT EVEN A WORD TO USE FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!! We ordered this product on the 10th of August, and it was paid on the very same day.

They confirmed that it would take 7 to 14 working days, and the product was needed by the 30th of August for the people we arranged to install the product by then. By the 22nd of August they said the order was processed and is ready to be shipped and at customs.

Then by the 25th of August they stated the product is STILL with customs and will be made available in the next week which was the first week in September. Which was already late as per the arrangement made with installers for 30th. By the 9th of September we requested again and no feedback.

By the 11th of September we requested again, on the 12th we got feedback of a tracking number, and that the delivery will be here in the next week….. By the 16th of September we requested a refund as by then it STILL has not arrived and no movement on the tracking. Then they reply and state that it will be here is another 7 to 10 days.

This gives us a total of 37 days for one order to be delivered and there is no guarantee that we will not get another excuse for this not to be here.

I cannot stress this enough of how people should not use this company as they are full of empty excuses and when requesting the refund they tell you to be patient after 28 working days and to also inform you it will take another 7-10 working days for the refund, but when you pay they need it immediately.
