Not worth buying through these guys

Very slow delivery, I am still waiting after 4 weeks and I can now see that my goods have arrived in Durban, according to the Buffalo tracking site. It is impossible to phone Reliable and speak to anyone, their phone system tells you what number you are in the queue and provides a waiting time and in 100% of cases (at least 5 tries) it then cut me off when I was next to be dealt with. They also seldom respond to emails. Buffalo are equally slow as a delivery company; I fear they may use donkeys. So, I still don't actually have my goods so it remains to be seen if I get waht I ordered. Watch this space, but don't shop at Reliable Store.
