NOT SUCH RELIABE SERVICE

Reliable Store is the worst online store in SA. Besides the fact that they took more than 4 weeks to deliver my parcel, they delivered the wrong item. I immediately requested a refund which they said would take 14 working days. It is 2 months later and nothing has happened. The lady failed to arrange for the collecting of the item and I am struggling to get my refund. I will never use them again.
