Not so reliable store: avoid if you dont want to be ****med

Not so reliable apparently... according to the T&C's you can cancel an order if done so prior to shipment or within 24 hours. I did. I received a reference number and was promised a response within 5 working days max. We are now on day 15. I have sent 6 emails, all bouncing or with gibberish.
