Not so Reliable Store...

Purchased an item on this platform at the beginning of November 2023. Their commitment was delivery in 15 to 20 business days. To date, the item has not been delivered. My account on their platform states that the order has been fulfilled, however i have not received the item. I have sent numerous emails with no response. When i call their landline - the wait period is 44 minutes. They have my money and do not care.
