NOT SO RELIABLE

I ordered an item in person on 14 March and was told it would be ready in 3-5 days. It is now 11 days. I understand that things can sometimes be delayed but I have now called them twice and phone is answered automatically but I was still put on hold. Once the call is answered of course the caller is still paying for the call. After about 1 minute the call is cut. I also emailed them but they have not rep****. Despite the fact that I intended to collect the item they still charged me R59 shipping charge.
