Not Reliable like their name

I have been dealing with Regine Ward for the past 2weeks and first they cancelled the wrong order, they make promises but cant keep them,i phoned on Monday today is wednessday no respones then when i phone i was on hold for 30min, it is excuse after excuse, there is no way that i will ever shop with Reliable ever again
