Not reliable!

If I could, I would rate it - 10! Ordered tools, got a tracking number and estimated time of delivery, tracked parcel, on the 14th July it was delivered not to me but to the store, asked via email what's going on, no reply. Yesterday 16 July, I reviewed the store here, got a reply saying I will receive my parcel Monday. Also, my review was removed. Don't ever use this shop., they are not reliable!
