Not reliable at all:

I ordered (20 March 2020) spare headlamp lights for my wife's vehicle, The order was confirmed on 26th March 2020 and I was informed that due to Covid-19 lockdown the shipment would be delayed. I can understand that and don't have a problem with that. I enquired wit Reliable Store on 11th of May after there appeared to be no update on the buffalo logistics tracker for the package and Reliable responded by email "Please expect delivery ETA between Monday 18 May and Friday 22 May."

On 25th of May 2020 I emailed Buffalo Logistics directly enquiring on the tracking number: Buffalo response: " We are sorry that we did not receive the package from your supplier. Please contact your supplier for confirmation. Thank you." -

Somebody is short of the truth here .......
