Not reliable at all

I have purchased an item from this store that they indicated was available. I have been waiting and waiting since the 3rd October 2022. Now I see on their site they say the delivery is complete, but I have not and I did not receive my order. This reliable store is not so reliable and seem like a ****. never order from them.
