At first. I was happy they rep**** to emails my items were delivered however, they gave me the wrong colour. Messaged back they contacted back sent the wrong item. Been trying to get ahold of them now for 6 months always “Regine ward” saying she will escalate it to the relevant person. Sick of the same emails and responses with no action done. They sent me an item worth R200 when I paid for an item that was R1000+.
