Not good - still no order delivered

I made an order on 1 March 2024 and not received a thing. Apparently the stock is sourced overseas and items I want are out of stock. I initially received good feedback from Primrose via their support email address, but as soon as I asked for the order to be cancelled and for my card to be reimbursed all went quiet. No further feedback despite trying their customer support number and additional emails to the support mail address. Not impressed. For reference order 74816 and query Z9CZQ1.
