Not at all Reliable

I ordered an item and paid for it in November 2022, after two months it had still not arrived so I cancelled the order demanding a refund. They then tried to deliver it, I rejected the delivery stating the order had been cancelled. They, Reliable, confirmed the item had been received back from the courier company. Despite several promises in writing that my refund is being actioned it has still not been received and it is now April 2023. Looks like I shall have to sue them.
