Not at all reliable

Stock only ordered from China after an enquiry after 15 business days, when delivery should have been eminent. Delivery took over a month and the item was faulty and only worried for 1 day. On trying to return the item or get a refund I've had no response despite phoning and emailing. Absolutely UNRELIABLE!
