Non service delivery from Reliable online store

I place an order with Reliable online store on 26/05/23. I purchased a second cheap item to make up the amount of R1000 for free shipment. The cheaper item was received and the promised that the rest of my order will be fulfilled. It is going on for 6 months now and their best effort is to say they are trying their best. I have requested a refund or a credit but these requests have been ignored.
