Non delivery of items bought and paid for, online

I bought 2 basin mixers in early February 2022 o line and Paid for the goods. I only got an acknowledgement that the order was received and then silence. After 7 days I phoned them, to no success as the phone was just ringing. I sent an email and they responded that I'll get my order delivered within 14 days of ordering. 14 days has lapsed and still no delivery. I drove up to their shop yesterday and the security told that they do not open on Saturday. I'm going to work during the week eating my house early and returning late. I'm beginning to think that they are a ****.
