NON DELIVERY OF GOODS : RELIABLE STORE/J.J. PIETERS

Ordered and paid for an item in January 2023 in advance by EFT. Item "got lost" in transit. Admitted by courier and Reliable by emails. Refund requested. Many undertakings made but no refund as yet. Complaint with Consumer Protection Authority and copy to Reliable. No response from either. What to do?
