Non Delivery of goods

I ordered goods a month ago for which they ONLY gave me an ORDER NUMBER If I now try to track my parcel the Reliable Store website refers me to Buffalo Logistics who insist on a BU number in order to track the parcel. They do NOT answer phones neither do they respond to e-mails coherently. Can someone tell me if they even exist.
