Non Delivery

Earlier on from placing your order they will reply to your email telling you that there delays due to their overseas supplier being out of stock. Later no reply. I hung on the phone having music played for 55 minutes. Looking at nearly 1500 bad complaints they definately have issues unbeknown to us. I placed an order for just over R3000 on 5 March 2024 and still awaiting at least a shipping track number. Nothing to date. They don't seem to fear Hellopeter, so I have now reported them to the consumer council. Stay away and before ordering from ANYONE online for the first time, read Hellopeter and make an informed decision before parting with your hard earned cash.
