No stock and no Money

Hi have bought Gliston Audio video capture card, ( 2) of them on the 9 March, paid immediately vi pay fast. Reference no.P3881CI. I enquiry about the delivery, and been advise they will send me the tracking number. On the 14 April request funds to be return, and they said they will charge me 35% restocking fee to cover the return. On the 6 may email said -we do not have stock to fulfill my order and they will refund the money. On 17 May still haven't received my money, and no reply to my emails. They say it take 10 days, however this is over a month and no response on email or refund. I don't think should do business with the company as their name does not work at all, Definitely not Reliable at all.
