No service delivery from Reliable Store

I have placed an order on the 8th of May this year (today is the 2nd of July). There was no indication that this order will take 2 months to deliver, otherwise I simply would not have ordered it.

Well, it is 2 months later and when I followed up the first time they apologised, and now when I follow up I get no response whatsoever.

How ironic for a store called Reliable Store.
