They don't even deserve 1 star. order50595. I have been communicating with the call centre for a month now, I sent all the documentation that they requested in order to refund my payment. They not responding to emails and when I called the call centre this afternoon, I was told that Basetsana Phajane would call me back before the end of the day, because she was working with my query. As expected, no call back or even email. THIS SERVICE IS TERRIBLE OR NON EXISTING. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT A SIMPLE RETURN AND REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED. I HAVE RUN OUT OF PATIENCE.
