No responses - no delivery - no trust!!!

I placed an order on 5 May 2020, as per the their website, they are operating and delivering - which does not seem to be the case. They are very misleading and *****. I have sent my essential services certificate-with no response... have not received any responses from them on email, phone, etc. They are totally unreliable and do not communicate or deliver.

My order number is #8975. Please refund asap. Whether you are delivering within timeframe or not, you are not returning emails, calls or even support requests via your online chat or direct email... neither are you giving any correspondence at all besides here on HelloPeter. Please refund asap and cancel order.
