No refund or product received

My order was not received. Emailed and phoned and facebook messaged to confirm I would receive parcel for Christmas. Eventually told that I would not receive it and was asked if I would like a refund. This was 19th December. Still no refund even though I have been told it was processed via payfast. When you phone you are cut off, emails are still not being responded to. I would recommend that you never use this online store, its totally unreliable.
