*****, NO REFUND

I was promised delivery within ten days whereas it took months to receive an incomplete package, containing a useless, toy replica of the device I had ordered. I had to pay the courier the charges to return it. Reliablestore acknowledged receipt of the goods, said they would refund me, never did; despite numerous demands.
