No Product and STILL no REFUND

After waiting months and never receiving anything from them, I finally requested a refund. They promised me a refund and now it has been a month and still nothing. The only thing I can think of is that these guys are a **** to get your money! So advice to anyone wanting to use them, DO NOT!!!
