NO Communication

I have been wanting to buy a receipt printer from thenm for 2 months, but I need to speak to a consultant about the specs and consumables. They have never answered the phone- Im sure they dont have anyone in the call centre. This is surely a **** website, if I read the other reviews so I will stay away and advise anyone thinking to spend money there to do the same
