Nightmare Experience with Reliable Store

On 20 October 2022, I ordered a Veiko item from the store and after a week I enquired when I could expect the arrival thereof. At no time the store told me that they don't carry stock of the item, but that it is sourced from overseas.

Before I actually received the item, I wrote about 7 or 8 e-mails to the store, without any success. In the end the item arrived on 11 January 20123, just for me to find that it was the wrong item. In response to my complaint about the fact that it was not the item that I ordered and paid for, the person at the store had the audacity to tell me that the item I received, offered similar features than the Veiko item I ordered. I immediately demanded a full refund and was told to return the wrong item, which I did forthwith. I did not wait for a response from the store, but immediately submitted a complaint against the store at the CGSO, but they could not resolve the complaint and I was directed to the NCC. After summitting the complaint to the NCC, some time lapsed and on 27 January 2023 I received the refund. I don't know whether the NCC did play a role in the resolution of my complaint, but I'm just glad that my nightmare dealings with Reliable Store have come to an end. This was by far my worst online buying experience and I will never again buy anything from Reliable Store and would advise nobody to deal with them.
