DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!

The order was placed on February 9, 2022, cancelled on March 22, 2022 because it was taking too long to arrive, I was told of cancellation fees based on customs etc , customs attempted to call @Relaible stores and there was no answer on their phone lines I was promised and 10 business days for a refund to be processed, weeks later AFTER cancellation the carrier still called to deliver which I mentioned having CANCELLED the order. Any inquiry regarding my refund seems to be processed as a "new ticket" and anytime I get a reply it's always awaiting some or other department to give feed back yet I am still getting email notices about attempted deliveries which suggest that I am being forced to accept the package for something I cancelled...
