NEVER ORDER FROM INCORRECTLY NAMED "RELIABLE" STORE

Is seems that I cannot get to the review field without clicking at least one star, but my true assessment of this company is ZERO stars.

I ordered from Reliable Store a 12Tb SSD drive (to create an extra back-up of large databases). The price seemed good ... almost too good. Delivery was promised in "8-10 working days." It took 5 weeks. Until then, my enquiries elicited only auto-response e-mails from an alleged person named Primrose M. The tracking website was unhelpful. All very unsatisfactory.

When my parcel finally arrived, I loaded a few folders as a first test and all seemed fine. I then continued copying files onto it, up to about 250Gb. Since then, the drive does not work. I've tried re-booting, I've consulted my IT department expert. Neihter Windows nor MS-DOS recognise it.

I should have been suspicious of the low price and the slow (cheap freight?) delivery. My advice to everyone is to avoid Reliable Store altogether. The product I ordered is clearly bogus, a dud, completely useless. A cheap drive, but an expensive lesson.
