Name Change: Unreliable store, pathetic and useless service !

Guys, lets be quite open here, this company does not hold stock this was communicated to me now, 3 weeks after placing an order. They ***** clients by saying x amount in stock avail on product, which is false advertising. They import all orders, been 3 weeks they took my money had sent numerous emails and got tired trying to get through to them as no one answers, taken then weeks to send comms until I told them my lawyers will eat them for breakfast, then suddenly i get a refund made back to my account and a call saying the order is taking too long to get here. No where did they mention from inception that they dont hold stock, that they are ordering internationally. These type of businesses must close for good. Their false promises for sales is by far the worst i have experienced, and to add to this you wont even get through to them or get any feedback until weeks that have past. They are unreliable store - yes change your name, companies like you create a bad reputation for online sellers as a whole, you shouldnt even be allowed to run 'a' business. If there was a minus rating on hellopeter this would go to you, worst business i have ever encounted - Period!
