Most unreliable store on the net

Product bought in October 2021. Tow months later, I received the wrong item. Was promised the correct item before the end of the year. Middle January 2022 still nothing. Requested a refund and incorrect product was collected. Ten days later still no refund. Don't bother phoning, they do not answer calls. Don't bother e-mailing, you get an automated response that your query is attended to and that's all. Worst online shop ever.
