Most Unreliable Store

They should change their name to “The Unreliable store” I have placed two orders with them, one was actually shipped, but once arrived in SA/JHB it just stayed there for more than three weeks, and still not delivered! I have inquired coumarous times without success! Both orders was intended as birthday gift and was ordered 8 weeks in advanced! The second order is still unfulfilled/not shipped and given that it was ordered as a gift that will not be received in time…..8 weeks later, I have unsuccessfully requested a refund! Please be warned, this is the most Unreliable store!
