Most unreliable online store.

I ordered some goods in February this year and was told in July that the items were no longer available and that I would receive a refund. I am still waiting. They have moved from their premises and no body knows where they are. Most unreliable business ever. They should be prosecuted for theft. I wonder how many other online stores operate like this.
