Most unreliable online store

Possibly the worst online retailer around. Ordered a product 5 months ago. Followed up on order numerous times and asked for a refund numerous times but didn’t get it. Delivery eventually arrived at my door despite requesting a refund and the item delivered wasn’t even the correct order.
