Most UN-RELIABLE online store ever

I ordered a 15W Laser engraver in August 2021 only to received a 1W laser in October 2021. Twice I was told they would reorder the item, only to be informed weeks later that they can no longer source the item. The inferior product was returned, so I am left with nothing to show but empty promises after 4 months. When I indicated I want a refund, I was promptly ignored. MOST UN-RELIABLE STORE EVER!
