WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I would NOT recommend this online company of my life depended on it. Extremely poor after sales service, getting hold of an operator/representative to follow up on a order which was placed a month and 27 days ago firstly takes you not only several attempts, but 15-20+ minutes every single time, then you're lucky if you get through to an operator. I've then gone the email route, whereby I've received a response 2 days after, with once again empty promises of shipment tracking numbers that will be shared to you shortly.

PLEASE rather save yourself the frustration and work with Banggood which has a 7 day delivery option which I'll HAPILY support again.
