More than a month, still no delivery

I ordered a dance mat for my daughter for her birthday on 02 April and still haven't received it. Initially they said between 10 tot 20 working days, it has now been way more than 20 business days and when I phone the number, you get told to hold and that you are in the queue. 35 minutes later, still no 5 in the queue. No feedback via emails either. Do not purchase anything from this store.
