missing items ordered not recovered

I've ordered a rotary tattoo pen from them in Feb 2022 order number 158499, shipment order as per reliable store #38915. In April 2022 I received my stuff, but there were several items missing. I immediately contacted them via email, sent them pictures of everything and underlined the missing items. They said they will contact the supplier and get all the missing stuff from them. However after 18 emails and 20 calls till this day I've not received my missing items. I have spoken to numerous people but can remember a Basetsana Phajane whom I've spoken to on the phone and received emails from. Promising me that I will get my outstanding items as soon as possible. Today is the 4th of August, from April to august after how many phone calls and emails, still no answers, and still no tattoo stuff that I've paid for. I've asked them for a refund of R1584.99, that's what I paid, they just ignore me. I will never in my life order from them again, as you don't get what they advertise.
