Lying, **********

We placed and paid in full for an order on 3 December, 15 min before we paid we phoned and asked if they had stock of the item we wanted, the lady assured us that they have stock, so made a payment in full, was told that the order will be delivered before the 16th of December. As the 16th of December came closer and we still haven't received a tracking number we phoned again only to be notified that they didn't have stock and was waiting for delivery from Cale Town which will be the Sunday the 15th of December and we will have our item by the Wednesday the 18th of December. We gave it time until the Friday due to the public holiday, and still no order, it is the 31st today and still no delivery on my item that I have paid for in full. We emailed and only 1 reply, rep**** on the email and still no reply back, no one answers the phones when you are phoning. This is the worst company to buy from, I will never buy from again. We were **** to 3 time by this company. My order only got placed on the 17th of December and after they assured me that my item was in stock in Johannesburg, imagine my surprise when I saw that my item is coming all the way from China. Dont you guys feel bad for lying to your customers. I will not recommend your company to any one to buy from, you guys really need to work on your communication with your customers.
