Long lead time, destroyed product, no customer service, no refund!

Bought a rugged IPAD protective cover that the rubber was broken and deteriorating from age. The hard plastic base was broken in multiple places. All the loose and broken pieces were just placed in a plastic sleeve for shipping. This product was clearly not damaged in transit but shipped from source as completely destroyed.

I sent an e-mail asking if I could expect better after market service as I needed a refund. I was informed that I would be contacted for the refund and never heard from them again.

Stay far away!
