Just when I thought Reliable Store can't do anything worse!

Adding to a review I previously posted regarding this store's service. I finally received my parcel 2 months after my order was placed, with the high point being I received a completely different product than what I ordered. No amount of words will express the frustration & inconvenient experience over the past two months with this online store.
